Description
Ingredients: Wild Rice ( Zizania Palustris ) from organic production.
It is a botanical relative of traditional rice ( Oryza ), it was a fundamental food for the Indians who came from the great lakes of Canada and the United States in canoes.
It can be used plain or cooked with brown rice, in the ratio of 300g of brown rice to 100g of wild rice. Cook with twice as much water for 50 minutes. It can be used in salads, soups and other recipes.
