Ingredients: Grain, Water, Tahini (Sesame), Olive Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Garlic, Citric Acid.
Hummus is one of the oldest products in the Mediterranean diet. Entirely handmade and made with an ancestral recipe, it has a soft texture. Hummus is a cream of cooked chickpea puree in which one of the main ingredients is Tahini (Sesame) paste.
It is ideal to accompany dishes and serve with Syrian bread, Lebanese bread or in sandwiches.
