Ingredients: Red Quinoa
Quinoa seeds are available in a wide variety of colors, from white to brown, red to black. Darker Quinoa has a more pronounced flavor, and tends to retain its texture after cooking, so it works best in salads. Rich in fiber, iron and phosphorus.
Method of Preparation: Wash before use. Cook in double the amount of water for 20 minutes over low heat. After boiling season to taste. Add a stir-fry with peas, carrots or other vegetables. Once cold, it serves as a base for great salads.
