"Friday... That day of the week when you don't even have ideas for cooking, but since you have to go to work, you have to force yourself to make lunch. Thinking about those days, today I leave you with a very simple recipe suggestion: watercress salad with fresh cheese and nuts A simple dish, quick to make and that will leave you feeling full until your next meal.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 1 fresh cow cheese
- Dry Fruit Mix
- Himalayan pink salt
- 4 peppers
- Italian Aromatic Herbs
- Oil
Preparation
1 - Wash the cress well;
2 - Tempere with salt;
3 - Break the fresh cheese into pieces;
4 - Add the mixture of dried fruits (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashews and Brazil nuts);
5 - Season with pepper, aromatic herbs and pour a drizzle of olive oil;
6 - Accompany with a natural juice or a cold tea."
