Red Berries and Granola Smoothie Bowl

The Tales of the Girl-Woman

I'm going to confess something: Pandora makes me hate . Seriously. With their breakfasts all quaint and fits .

So, I took advantage of the inspiration and decided to make one of the famous smoothie bowls to try, but it was for last weekend's snack - it wasn't really my style and so it ended up in the "weekend experiences" category and that's it.

To ensure that I felt satiated, after an afternoon of cleaning, in this summer heat, I researched a recipe based solely on fruits, I bet on frozen fruit, so that the consistency was close to that of an ice cream and I added granola to really nourish:

Ingredients :

  • 300g of frozen red fruits;
  • 1/2 fresh mango (about 150g);
  • 5cl of soy drink;
  • 1/4 lemon juice;
  • 2 dessert spoons of brown sugar.

I put everything in a blender and blended until I got the desired consistency.

Then I added 2 spoons very full of Granola Artesanal Natureza Doce   from Villarrica Gourmet Store, 1 handful of fresh raspberries and a handful of skinless roasted almonds .

Et voila! A healthy and very tasty snack / dessert / treat for these sunny days, proof that you don't even need to leave the house to eat really good things!
