On Nutella day, we challenged our partner Sara Morgado to create an alternative to this famous hazelnut and chocolate cream, with our delicious products.

We know that there are many Nutella fans, but it's always good to have alternatives that you can make at home, with nutritionally richer ingredients.


We share with you the result/recipe! Try it :)

Ingredients:

250g Roasted Hazelnut

1 Medjool date

60g Agave Syrup

2 tablespoons Carob Flour



    Thermomix version:

    1º Grind the hazelnuts and dates without the pit for 15 seconds/speed 8.

    2nd Add the agave and carob flour and grind for another 1 minute/speed 5.

    3º Store in a bottle and consume according to preference.

      Version without Thermomix

      1º Crush the hazelnuts with the pitted date until it reaches a sandy consistency.

      2º Add the agave and carob and continue to grind until you get a slightly creamy paste, but with some texture.

      3º Store in a bottle and consume according to preference.
