Black-eyed Bean And Dried Tomato Burgers

Ingredients:

400g black-eyed beans (soaked and previously cooked)

35g Sun-dried Tomato

3 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds

1 onion

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 cc of Cumin

1cc of Turmeric

1 tsp Basil

Salt and Black Pepper qb



    Thermomix version:

    1st Place the previously cooked black-eyed peas, sun-dried tomatoes and toasted sesame seeds in mixing bowl then blend 1 min/speed 6

    2º Add the onion and the remaining seasonings and chop 2 min/speed 5 (with the help of the spatula, push it through the mouth of the glass). If necessary, grind for another 1 minute.

    3º Refrigerate the hamburger dough for about 30 minutes and shape it.

    4º Cook on both sides in a frying pan, oven or air fryer until golden and serve to taste.

      Version without Thermomix

      1º Grind the beans with the tomato and the seeds until obtaining a puree.

      2nd Then add the finely chopped onion and the remaining seasonings and mix everything very well.

      3º Refrigerate the hamburger dough for about 30 minutes and shape it.

      4º Cook on both sides in a frying pan, oven or air fryer until golden and serve to taste.
